- DEA Registration: We are actively pursuing DEA registration for hemp testing. Service offerings may expand or change as additional capabilities become available.
- Compliance Requirement: All clients must ensure their hemp samples meet the legal definition of hemp under the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and applicable state regulations.
3. Client Responsibilities
When submitting a sample for testing, you agree that:
- You have all necessary licenses, permits, and legal rights to possess and submit the sample.
- The sample complies with all applicable federal and state hemp regulations.
- Information you provide (including labeling, documentation, and chain of custody forms) is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in client-provided information.
4. Testing Results and Limitations
- Test results are based solely on the sample received and may not be representative of the entire batch or product.
- Results are provided for informational and compliance purposes only.
- We make no guarantees regarding regulatory acceptance of our results in any jurisdiction.
- Interpretation or use of results is the sole responsibility of the client.
